This website and associated “Applications” are properties of JL13 Concepts Inc and thus we retain the power of control, modification and update on all the contents and articles therein. These terms govern the use of this website and mobile App, and it is applicable to all users (in any way and forms) and/or visitors to the application environment. By clicking “I Agree” you have carefully reviewed, understood and accept these Terms and they become binding immediately on you as an individual or a representative of a group or an organization.

Welcome to MyAreaa, a financial application that facilitates community financial pooling service. Your experience on MyAreaa is unique: from contents, to stories, events, thrift corners and the opportunity to project and advertise your business, services and other content that you see in MyAreaa to the communities that you join and other features you might use, such as MyRaiseMe, MyLounge, AidLounges, MyBusiness, MyThrift, and so many more.

Acceptance to our terms: The acceptance of the terms and conditions is indicated by clicking "I agree" or a similar button or checkbox, or by using the Services. A formal signature is not required for these Terms to be legally binding. By registering for a Service and clicking "I agree," you express your consent to these Terms.

Changes to our terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of the Services or these Terms. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to check for changes. If you continue using the Services after changes have been made, it signifies your acceptance of those changes.

International use: Accessing the Services in certain countries may not be lawful. We do not guarantee that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside of Canada and Nigeria. If you choose to access the Services from other countries, you do so at your own risk.

Membership and Accounts

To access our services, you must agree to register as a member on MyAreaa platforms (app or websites). Membership Tiers:

• Free User: Access to services with some restrictions. No obligation to indemnify in case of loss due to your instructions.
• Premium User: Extended access. Limited liability for indemnification, but not for your own account instructions.

Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account credentials, 2FA setup, and device access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from negligence or compromise of your security.

Contribution Rules

RaiseMe Circles: Will start 5 days after creation. Free users: 4–12 participants. Premium: 3–12 participants.

Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you share. You grant us permission to use, distribute, and display it to provide and improve the service. You also grant us the right to use your name and likeness unless revoked in writing.

Permissions for Notifications

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receiving emails, push notifications, and allowing utility access for proper app function. We may contact you regarding account, fraud, or services.

Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, service marks, content, and functionalities remain the property of MyAreaa. You may not exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse them.

• We: refers to MyAreaa.
• You: refers to the user.
• Apps: refers to MyAreaa mobile app and related services.
• Service: community financial pooling feature within the app.
• Content: any user-generated data or media.
